NOC

A NOC is the team and facility responsible for monitoring the health, performance, and availability of an organization's networks and IT infrastructure. While a SOC focuses on security threats, the NOC focuses on keeping systems up and running, handling outages, capacity issues, and connectivity problems. The two teams often work side by side, since an outage can be either a hardware failure or an attack.
