AI RMF

The AI RMF is NIST's voluntary framework for managing AI risk through four functions: Govern, Map, Measure, and Manage. It is the closest thing AI governance has to a common language, the way the CSF is for security programs, and it is the AI framework most often named in job descriptions and policies. Pair it with a use case intake process so its functions turn into concrete, assignable controls.
