ATLAS is MITRE's knowledge base of attacks against AI systems, modeled on ATT&CK: real tactics and techniques like prompt injection, model theft, data poisoning, and evasion, drawn from observed incidents and research. It gives red teams and defenders a shared vocabulary for AI threats, and it is the fastest way to show a skeptic that attacks on models are documented reality rather than theory.
